MGM Resorts Temporarily Closing All Buffets In Las Vegas

Due to the recent situation regarding the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), MGM Resorts has proactively decided to temporarily close all of their Buffets in Las Vegas as of March 15, 2020.

These include the buffets at Bellagio, Aria, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, Luxor and Excalibur. The re-opening dates will be evaluated week to week.

Official statement by MGM International:

“The safety and health of guests and employees continue to be top priority as the company works with local health officials on protocol and procedures during this time.”

Please do not call to confirm, the hotels are busy enough as it is, plus this message has not yet been relayed to all it’s staff, so you may get some misinformation.

If you have myVEGAS Rewards for dates coming up, be sure to check back to see if you have to cancel your rewards.  Or at least, ensure that they do not expire soon so that they can be refunded as needed.
